Miller County Commission will be accepting bids for a 90 horse power track loader with a 2 yard bucket.
Bids must be clearly labeled and mailed, faxed, or delivered to the Miller County Commission Office: 2011 Hwy. 52, P.O. Box 12, Tuscumbia, Mo. 65082, 573-369-1900, 573-369-1905 fax.
Bids will be accepted until 9:00 a.m. Monday, May 7, 2012.
THE MILLER COUNTY COMMISSION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.

Default having been made in the payment of the note described in and secured by Deed of Trust dated October 5, 2009, executed by ADT Painting LLC, a Limited Liability Company, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri, on October 6, 2009 at 11:48 A.M., in Document No. 2009 5493, and conveying to the undersigned trustee the following described property in Miller County, Missouri, to-wit:
All of Unit No. 7 of “EAST HIGHWAY 42 BUSINESS PARK CONDOMINIUM”, a condominium of record in Miller County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof on file and of record at Plat Book A, page 280, Miller County Recorder’s Office.
at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned trustee will on Tuesday, the 8th day of May, 2012, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 o’clock P.M., to-wit: at 1:00 P.M. sell said property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the FRONT Door of the County Courthouse in the City of Tuscumbia, Miller County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
