Robert Paul Stafford
Robert Paul Stafford, 67, of Nixa, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, after suffering a heart attack. A grave side service and burial is scheduled 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, in the St. Paul's Cemetery in Stover. He will be interred next to his daughter Kamala Rae. A memorial service celebrating his life and Christian faith is scheduled 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 911 W. Mount Vernon Street, in Nixa, with Pastor Adam Parvey officiating. A special message also will be given by Dr. Brandon Schmidly. Cassie Forman will sing hymns and selections will be played by the praise band.

Jackie G. “Jack” Daniels, 80, of Versailles, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, at University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia. Funeral services are scheduled noon, Wednesday, Dec. 4, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles with Pastor Jim Kruse officiating. Graveside services and interment with full military honors will follow in the Versailles Cemetery. Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, Dec. 4 at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.

Frances Ann Porter, 66, of Pleasant Hill, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013, at the Lee's Summit Medical Center in Lee's Summit. Visitation is scheduled 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, at the Stanley-Dickey Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill. Funeral services are scheduled 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, at the funeral home. The Rev. Carl Knapp of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

David W. Duncan, 96, of Raytown, died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, at Hidden Lake Nursing Home in Raytown. A celebration of life observance is scheduled 4 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at the Lee's Summit Church of Christ. A private family interment will be in the Stover Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.
