Harlan Ray Dowell, 64, Latham, died Monday, May 13, 2013, at his home.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 at Windmill Ridge Funeral Home, California.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 16 at Windmill Ridge Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Green Grove Cemetery near Latham.

Loretta Vance, 70, of Laurie, died Friday, May 10, 2013, at University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia. Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Thursday, May 16, at the Kidwell-Garber Laurie/Sunrise Beach Chapel in Laurie. Graveside services and interment will follow in Garber Memorial Estates in Laurie. Bonnie Elaine Via Williams, 82, of Columbia, died May 11, 2013. She died at home, surrounded by her family. A service to celebrate her life will be at the Gravois Mills United Methodist Church Friday, May 17, 2013. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. and service at 2:00 p.m., with a reception following in the banquet hall of the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.

Visitation is scheduled noon to 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 15 at the funeral home. Graveside services and interment will be 4 p.m., Wednesday, in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sedalia.
