    PUBLIC NOTICE OF SURFACE MINING APPLICATION - ADDING NEW SITE TO EXISTING PERMIT
    RACRAG LLC, PO Box 297, Kaiser, MO 65047, has applied for a new site expansion to their existing permit from the Department of Natural Resources, Land Reclamation Program, to mine Sand and Gravel on 11 acres of land located in Miller County, Section 8-T40N-R15W in Little Gravois Creek and East Fork Little Gravois Creek.
    This operation will be conducted during the approximate dates of 9/15/2020 to 7/25/2040.
    Written comments or a request for an informal public meeting may be made by any person with a direct, personal interest in one or more of the factors that the Staff Director may consider in issuing a permit, as required by The Land Reclamation Act. Sections 444.760 to 444.790 RSMo.

    Request for Proposal (RFP) for Concrete Services
    Lake of the Ozarks Council of Local Governments is seeking bids/proposals for concrete services for the Brownfield Site within the City of Iberia. A concrete slab at least 6\'94 deep will need to be poured over the entire lot located at 835 Hwy 42 Iberia, MO. Contractor will be responsible for the preparedness of the site, including any required base rock, and leveling of the site. The contractor will need to meet with City officials to obtain access to the property to measure the amount of concrete needed to cover the entire site. Design details will be provided when visiting the site, the minimum depth is being required as part of the final environmental cleanup of the site. The project is being funded by EIERA and contractors will need to adhere to Davis Bacon and prevailing wage. Certified payroll documentation will be required.
