    The Eldon School District is soliciting bids for the purchase of one, 3/4 ton, regular cab truck. Bids are being sought for a vehicle equipped with a V8 engine and 4x4. Vehicle must have less than 130,000 miles and pass a Missouri State Inspection.
    Bids should be in a sealed envelope, marked plainly and prominently. R-1 truck Bid\'94 and addressed to the Central Office, Attn: Cheyanne Uptergrove, 112 South Pine St., Eldon, MO 65026. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. All bids are due by May 14th at 11:00 a.m.

    The award of Contracts on this project shall be predicated upon competitive bidding, and satisfactory performance of past work and past work with the City. Said Bidder shall be determined for the Contract by summarizing the applicable low base bids and selection by the City Council based on past performance of work.
    The City of Eldon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids.
