    WHEREAS, Richard D. Stowe and Carrie L. Stowe, husband and wife, by their certain Deed of Trust dated the 22nd day of September, 2016, and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Miller County, State of Missouri, recorded on the 26th day of September, 2016, at Deed of Trust Book 2016, Page 4173 conveyed to John E. Curran, as Trustee, all of his right, title, interest and estate in and to the following described real estate, County of Miller, State of Missouri, viz:
