DUNCAN, decedent, by the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri. The personal representative's business address is: 303 BLUE SPRINGS DRIVE, ELDON, MO 65026.

Such six-month period and such two-month period do not extend the limitation period that would bar claims one year after the decedent's death, as provided in Section 473.444, RSMo, or any other applicable limitation periods. Nothing in Section 473.033, RSMo, shall be construed to bar any action against a decedent's liability insurance carrier through a defendant ad litem pursuant to Section 537.021, RSMo.

    ON AN ANNEXATION
    AGREEMENT BEFORE
    CITY OF ELDON CITY COUNCIL
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Eldon School District, petitioner, has filed an application with the City of Eldon requesting annexation pursuant to an annexation agreement of a tract of property into the City's municipal boundary. The tract of property is 4.10 acres and is generally located on North Oak Street east of the Middle School. The Eldon School District has purchased the 4.10 acres to build 12 houses at this location.
    The city of Eldon will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony as to an ordinance authorizing the execution of annexation agreement in regard to the annexation to the City of the above described tract of property on Thursday, Nov. 8 at 5:30 p.m., at the City Y Building. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard. The council will vote on the Planning & Zoning board's recommendation at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 27 at the regularly scheduled council meeting.

    PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION
    The Miller County Commission in Tuscumbia, Missouri, requests qualifications for preliminary engineering, design, and construction observation services to assist the county with a proposed bridge replacement project for a low water crossing located on Tavern Creek. The crossing is located on Clark School Rd, and will be funded through Missouri Department of Conservation.
    If your firm would like to be considered for these services, you may express your interest by responding to the address below. Limit your letter of interest to no more than two pages. This letter should include information as to the persons or team you would assign to this project, the backgrounds of those individuals, and experience with other similar projects that your company has recently completed.
