    To All Persons Interested in the Estate of GENE DUANE TINDELL, Decedent.
    On August 31, 2018, a small estate affidavit was filed by the distributees for the decedent under Section 473.097, RSMo, with the probate Division of the Circuit Court of Hickory County, Missouri.
    All creditors of the decedent, who died on June 13, 2018, are notified that Section 473.444, RSMo, sets a limitation period that would bar claims one year after the death of the decedent. a creditor may request that this estate be opened for administration.
    Receipt of this notice should not be construed by the recipient to indicate that the recipient may possibly have a beneficial interest in the estate. The nature and extent of any person’s interest, if any, may possibly be determined from the affidavit on this estate filed in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Hickory County, Missouri.

    You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for Hickory County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is: Petition to Quiet Title, and seeks to determine or effect the title to the following described property:
    Lot Nine (9), Block Three (3) and one Twenty-Fifith (1/25) interest in Well Lot Ten (10) feet square in the Northeast corner of Lot Two (2) in Block One (1), all in Fox Meadows Subdivision, as shown by the Recorded Plat in Plat Book 114, Page 196 of the Deed Records of Hickory County, Missouri.
