    For default in the payment of interest and principal now due as provided by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Arland Edde and Roni Faye Edde, husband and wife, and Bernie E. Simmons and Garnet M. Simmons, husband and wife, dated April 23, 2010, recorded on April 23, 2010, in Book 2010R, at Page 0546, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hickory County, Missouri, at Hermitage conveying to Angela C. Umbarger, formerly known as Angela C. Rieschel, Trustee, all of the following described land situate in Hickory County, Missouri, to-wit:
    A part of the Northwest One-Fourth of the Southeast Quarter of Section (28), in Township (38) North of Range (20) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, more fully described as follows: Beginning at the SE Corner of the Northwest One-Fourth of the Southeast Quarter of said Section (28); thence West 100 yards; thence North 100 yards; thence East 100 yards; thence South 100 yards to the point of beginning. Situate in Hickory County, Missouri, and subject to existing easements and restrictions of record and further subject to right-of-way for Highway “F” off the East side thereof. The real property described in this document includes as an improvement to the land set forth herein a permanently affixed mobile home being a 1985 Skyline, VIN 3751025RV.
    The entire unpaid debt secured by said Deed of Trust having been declared due by the holder thereof, the said Trustee will at the request of the legal holder of said note, on Thursday, August 29, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., commencing at 1:00 p.m., at the South front door of the Hickory County Circuit Court House in Hermitage, Missouri, sell said real estate at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, to satisfy said debt and costs.
