    Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Andrew Miller, a single man, dated November 10, 2008 and recorded on November 13, 2008 in Book 422, Page 654, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Hickory County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on October 31, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 11:30AM, at the Hickory County Courthouse, Hermitage Sq., Spring & Polk Streets, South Front door, Hermitage, MO 65668, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
    The South One-half of the North One-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, situate in Hickory County, Missouri. Subject to existing easements for roads and pole lines.
    Also, subject to and together with a perpetual road easement over the East 25 feet of the North One-half of the North One-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 37, Range 21.
    For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
